1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this site or purchasing a service, you certify that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Description of Services
MapleStory Guide provides educational resources, gear consultations, and “boss carry” services for the North American Heroic (Kronos and Hyperion) servers of Global MapleStory (GMS).
All boss carries are performed “legitimately” without the use of third-party hacks or automated software.
We offer “play-along” services where you control your own character; we never require your account login credentials.
3. Payments and Refund Policy
Pricing: All prices are subject to change based on game updates and event sales.
Refunds: Refunds are eligible only if a scheduled run is canceled by our team and cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours.
Disconnects: In the event of a game crash or disconnection during a run, we provide one (1) free re-run at a scheduled time. No refunds will be issued for player-side technical issues.
Loot: While we provide Maximum Drop Rate (max gear/buffs), specific item drops (e.g., Pitched Boss items) are governed by RNG (Random Number Generation). We do not guarantee specific item drops, only the successful completion of the boss kill.
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
Pre-Quests: It is the player’s responsibility to ensure all boss pre-quests are completed before the scheduled run time.
Instructions: Players must follow the mechanics and safety instructions provided by our coaches during the run to prevent “dying out.”
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information regarding your character name and server.
5. Account Safety and Risk
Third-Party Relationship: MapleStory Guide is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Nexon or Global MapleStory.
Risk Acknowledgment: While we prioritize safety and use legitimate methods, the use of third-party services may carry inherent risks according to the game’s End User License Agreement (EULA). By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. MapleStory Guide is not responsible for any actions taken by Nexon against your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on https://www.google.com/search?q=maplestoryguide.com, including text, logos, and guide materials, is the property of MapleStory Guide and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
MapleStory Guide and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of in-game items, account restrictions, or data loss.
8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice, particularly following game patches or maintenance that may affect boss mechanics.
